| Selecting Quantities for Items When you add an item to your shopping cart, its color is not selected, and its quantity is 0. In the shopping cart, you choose a color (in the menu) and set the quantity (to any whole number). | ||
| If you want more than one color of the same item, treat each color as a separate item, ie add the item to the order form more than once, and select colors as you want. | ||
| An item will stay in your shopping cart, even if its quantity is 0. If you want to remove an item from your shopping cart, click the DELETE checkbox. | ||
| When you have selected colors and quantities, click CALCULATE to update the totals. | ||
| Printing You can print the contents of the shopping cart, with your selections, using the File/Print Frame command of your browser. | ||
| Charge Information and Submitting Your Order When you are satisfied with the items, quantities and colors, and you want to place your order, fill in the lower section of the order form and then click SUBMIT ORDER. | ||
| Once you have submitted your order, and it has been received by our sever, the order form is reset to empty. | ||
| Problems with Your Shopping Cart | ||
| If your totals seem incorrect, click CALCULATE. If your display has graphical errors, in the toolbar of your browser click RELOAD (Netscape Navigator) or REFRESH (Microsoft Internet Explorer). If you want to reset the shopping cart to empty, click RESET on the shopping cart or click here. If your shopping cart is not working, it might be because "cookies" are disabled on your browser. (See next section.) In Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can enable cookies by View/Internet Options/Advanced, and then selected "Always accept" or "Prompt before accepting". | ||
| Saving the Contents of Your Shopping Cart | ||
| The contents of your shopping cart are saved on your computer as a "cookie". (A "cookie" is a local file on your computer). Because the contents of your shopping cart are saved, you can go to other pages and sites - even quit the browser and turn off your computer - and when you come back, the shopping cart will be unchanged. | ||
| The contents of your shopping cart only leave your computer when you click SUBMIT ORDER. After you submit the order, and the server has accepted it, the contents of the cookie are reset. | ||
